It’s true what they say – time flies when you’re having fun. Here at 20/20 we’ve had a full and fun filled year of bringing your visions to life, and December has rolled around in the blink of an eye.
We’ll be closed over the Christmas break from 2pm on Friday 21 December, back to work and raring to go with some exciting plans from Wednesday 3 January 2019.
Thank you for working with us over the past year, it’s your inspiring projects that are so diverse and rewarding that make us love the job we do. As always for 20/20, it’s been a year of variety;
We’ve travelled the length and breadth of the country to work on some of the most rewarding and inspiring projects. From our base in Cornwall we travelled over 500 miles to Edinburgh, to install the first phase of an interpretation project aiming to revive the National Trust’s Newhailes estate, once a cultural and intellectual hot spot.
At Bradford Royal Infirmary we’ve been proud to see the results of our wayfinding consultancy work coming to life, as our specified signage and interiors designs have been implemented throughout the hospital’s expanding site. What’s more, the project helped to get us shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year in the national Healthcare Estates Awards.
We helped the National Trust to mark 100 years since women were given the right to vote in the UK with their Women in Power programme, both at Bodnant Gardens in North Wales and Killerton in Devon, where our visitor interpretation project explored how the suffrage movement divided a family and impacted on fashion of the time.
Closer to home, we were so pleased with the results at the newly opened Old Sardine Factory, having designed and installed an exhibition celebrating the heritage and community of Looe. Take a look at the project to see how our interactive and immersive displays really bring to life this fascinating Cornish harbour town, for all ages.
Meanwhile our interiors team have been working with Falmouth University on the new building for their groundbreaking Launchpad business programme. The build is close to completion now and we can’t wait to share with you our interior designs realised and working to help teams collaborate, create and innovate in this inspiring new space.
We’ll be sharing more of our #2018highlights over on our social media pages, so make sure you follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year celebration from all of us at 20/20. See you in 2019.
