Runners up in Customer Focus Award

20/20 Team shortlisted for Cornwall Business Award Customer Focus

We were proud to be runners up for Customer Focus at last night’s Cornwall Business Awards (19 April). Although we didn’t take the top prize this time, being shortlisted in this category recognises that here at 20/20 we put our customers at the heart of our business and manage our resources to most effectively meet our clients’ needs. We were runner up to the very worthy, winning business The Headland Hotel in Newquay.

Stu Anderson, Operations Director at The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Growth and Skills Hub, which organised this year’s awards said; “Our expert panel of over 30 judges have reviewed, deliberated and scored the entries and as a result of this rigorous process the awards really mean something – they are a true mark of excellence. Whether businesses take home the gong or not, they can pride themselves on being among the best businesses in Cornwall.

Jaimie Sibert, Managing Director at 20/20 said; “Although we didn’t bring home the trophy we are immensely proud to have been shortlisted for our customer focus. Our customers lead everything we do here at 20/20, so it is fantastic that our approach has been recognised in these awards, especially against such strong competition.

“We pride ourselves that our excellent customer relationships and service are the hallmark of our approach. Our team of designers and interiors experts work alongside our specialist manufacture and installation team, to bring our clients’ vision to life. As a result our clients get the very best advice, and design concepts that are realistic and delivered correctly, in a seamless service from concept to completion.

“Our customers are diverse and stimulating – we work with them on projects ranging from castles to campuses, in locations from Scotland to Land’s End. We love doing the job, and we love doing it well, which means our clients also enjoy working with us and choose us again and again. We’ll carry on doing our very best for our customers, and perhaps we’ll be back for the top prize next year.”

20/20 Projects design, create and manufacture schemes of all sizes across the UK, for private, public and charity sector organisations. Specialising in interpretation and visitor experience, graphics and interior design and build, signage and wayfinding consultancy and manufacture – they deliver creative design solutions that work in the real world.
